The Deutzia is very pretty and looks lovely with the rose (even if it is pink ) Hemerocallis, isn't that a Dayliliy? Yours are a lot more delicate than mine and I love the colour.

What a lovely start to June flowers, Cherry. Thanks for the photos! I haven't got that Deutzia, but have hopes for 'Strawberry Fields' which is in bud.

This Hemerocallis is the best of all of them. It is early, very fragrant and elegant. It is my favourite and I am a sucker for these. The Deutzia is a bee magnet and my neighbour stopped her car and ran over to it (last year) to check her bees. She now has one of these for the bees.

Talking of bee magnets, I was amazed at how many bees were on this tree/shrub, there were literally hundreds. It came with the house so I don't know what it is. The photo can not to the number of bees justice.

There you are Tel. I only send you my absolute favourites. Has yours got that very special grass like plant to show it off?
WF. That looks like a cherry leaf, but I don't think it is one. That shrub has more blossom than leaves. Another good one for wildlife, mainly bees as you pointed out. Someone will identify this.

Looks like Stransvesia davidii (Photinia davidii if you like).

Incidentally, that last image for flowers in May was a Sanguisorba.

Looks like Stransvesia davidii (Photinia davidii if you like). Thank you Steve, I do like to know what is growing in my garden so it has more of a chance of getting the right attention. I Goggled the two names and they sort of look right. This one has variegated leaves which start as green and white and then get splashes of red as they mature.

Floydie, I get quite upset for you with your neighbours. It was a beautiful Iris, but now you can see it close up. They don't last long.
