I found my copy , it's an older version by Tony Lord but Sean Hogan was a contributor, he must have done an updated version. It's a good book because it has about all the different 'zones' in the world & will help you to decide what will grow where you live both in Japan & the Philippines. It's very heavy when you have both books in the folder, there was a CD with mine as well but I think I lost that years ago. Its really heavy.i just received it a while ago. I was shock by its weight.haha. Im starting to read now. By the way, how to add pictures in comments?

Do order some Amaryllis seeds which quickly turn into bulbs. These are good for a sunny situation. Clivia need shade and the strappy leaves are evergreen. The flowers are similar, so don't get confused. Some flowers, like Zinnias could go mouldy as they are more for arid conditions. Thanks cherry. Youre a very big help. I hope my mom can grow them all. Il show you pics when she succeeded.

Thank you guys! I love d idea of building a shade house. I guess shade house is better. and more affordable. Yeah, creepers would look great. And il put some table and chairs for the teatime. But i guess most plants will survive with below 30 deg temp. I hope so. Thank you guys.

Hello everyone. Im really confused on what greenhouse should i build. We have around 23~35 degrees whole yr round. Do i have to buy cooling system to keep them less than 25? Or is there any way to keep the temperature from rising without buying some expensive cooling systems? I want to grow lisianthus which needs less than 25. Il be building my own greenhouse this month. Using bamboo since we have a bamboo outside. The greenhouse will be 5x8 and height will be approx 3 metres since i want to have some hanging plants too.
Thank you.mwuah.cheers.

Ameri Seeds sounds good because they say most of their seeds are grown in Thailand, so they know about the weather conditions you will experience in The Philippines. Thank you cherry.mwuah.

Okra for breakfast erani. That's a bit different to my piece of toast. I do love okra, but how do you use it for breakfast? Haha. I eat a lot of carbs from morning to eve. I fried it and dip in mayo. ? with mustard.

Just finished replanting the strawberry and happy candles i bought yesterday.then cleaned the garden.♥ cant wait to see my pot full of happy candles nx month. Is there a way to attach pics when replying or posting threads? Yes, erani, some of us use 'Tinypic'. I managed to get round to the village sign box and that is now planted up with tulips and two colours of Pansies - purple and orange. I also replanted two troughs in my garden. thats great. i love purple pansies. ❤i cant wait for d weekend to come. gonna plant more succulents. so busy at work during weekdays.
