This site I found interesting. I've found a few bedraggled bees during this wet spell. www.buzzaboutbees.net/found-a-bee.htmlMerlin, there is some interesting stuff about keeping bees too. Louise, there are plans for building a bee hive.

I will have a read later. I always keep a jar of honey in so if any bee's look like they are struggling i put a wee dish of it next to the bee so it can get some energy back.

I have a 24 cell tray with basil and foxgloves growing in the g'house. A leafcutter bee has decided to set up home in one of the cells and is often flying in and out and enlarging the tunnel entrance. Quite entertaining to watch it. Of course now I have to leave the g'house door open a fair way at night as I am not too early down there in the morning.
