Nipped round to the outlaws last evening nd they showed me their fuchsias which they insist they wanna chuck ???initially I thought they had weeds in the pot with them but on close inspection this is not the case. I can only describe it as the plant starting as a fuchsia but then changing to a weed looking thing with narrower leaves and tiny pink flowers . Has anyone else seen this ? Is it cross pollination? It seems to have affected at least 4 pots ?

It sounds like they are encliandra's Alison....which are species fuchsias...try googling and see if they are the same

Definitely sound like encliandras to me.Some people at my fuchsia club specialise in them, and have wonderful specimens
