I decided to drain my big glazed pots after all the rain and when i lifted the plant pot out i found this visitor in there I have no idea how long the poor thing had been in the pot and i'm amazed it could actually get past the plastic pot and the side of the big pot, it can't have been more that 3/4" It was safely released into some very long grass at the back of the garden

You kept your new pond quiet Rosie, you must have had that for a while, for the wildlife to take up residence. ;D

Great that you found and rescued her/him. I haven't seen a frog in this garden but there used to be a toad every year. Haven't seen it this summer though

Wonder how long the poor thing had been bracing itself against the side with it's legs! Glad you got it out & it's got a nice home now Rosie.
