Yes Ladybird. It would appear that they are going ahead with replacement panels. It would be nice to get some compensation as well.

Note that they asked me for the measurements of the "roof panels required" , the three pics I sent were of the roof panels. hope they don`t think three will do the job. I`ll do a detailed check of every panel tomorrow, hope I`m not pushing my luck.

I think you will need to photograph all around and submit them and ask if they would please take these into consideration too.

I certainly wouldn't say you're pushing your luck - three years simply isn't 'old' for that material. They should replace every piece that's deteriorating.

Another update, I emailed them the number and measurements of ALL the roof panels and they tell me they have passed the details to their warehouse where they will look for the parts required. Sounds good , maybe too good I`m not holding my breath, they no longer stock my greenhouse with the large panels, nor did they ask for my reference number or address. I`ll let you know the outcome.

Another update, Got 2 emails today from Kybotech support team. My friend Stephen seems to have gone. 1st one said " your request for spare parts for BillyOh greenhouse has been logged on our system and has been sent for approval " a bit strange . 2nd one said " Your issue raised for the BillyOh greenhouse has been approved and has been passed to the relevant team to arrange the following Spare parts 8 panels 700mm x 1390mm As an indication, we aim to arrange the above within a lead time from the date of this email that was quoted for your original order " What do you make of that I emailed them back saying how delighted I am that they are replacing 8 panels and reminded them of the 4 window & below window panels I`d also requested.

You are getting somewhere at last LB, but you are right to point out that they must get it right. Keep at them until it is all delivered.
