Well done LB, you seem to be getting close. If they don't reply to your last email tomorrow, send another, and another, make sure there is an email in their in-box every day until you have all the panels which need replacing. If they still seem to be dragging their feet, look up the company on the Internet, find the name of the MD and write to him (keep a copy). You'll be amazed at how fast things can happen when you involve the big cheese  |

Thanks for your support WLF. I have their address and another little idea of Cherry`s at the ready, hoping that I won`t need to go further. I`ll give them a chance first they might come through, they did ask for pictures and there has been no mention of money to date. will keep you informed. |

Well would you believe it ;D
A large parcel arrived for me today with every panel of polycarbonate I asked for, an entire roof at no cost to me, how`s that for customer service ;D
And to think I wasn`t even going to email them.

Thank you all for your support.  It was nice to have your encouragement . I`ll not replace them just yet, they are the same and are only going to last another 3 years anyway so I`ll wait till the roof finally "cracks up" |
