Thanks Grindle....do you happen to know if they are "quick germinators"?...I don't want to risk sowing them to find that they are up in a week or so and need pricking out....as I will be away ....If they are I will wait till the day before we go....

They are best sown fresh Lou and can take a long time to germinate, I have blue poppy seeds from Cherry and they are germinating now after about 3 weeks.
