I don't have acid soil peony and they seem to grow fine.

Floydie, sow the seeds and put them in your frame, because I don't think you have a greenhouse. Next year, when you plant them up, put them in a pot. Mine live in pots even though my soil is neutral to acid. I am trying to build up enough to put them into the garden. In other words, use your pretty pots next year when they are big enough. Even then I should not think you will get flowers until the following year. It is worth the wait.

They are so beautiful Rosie I dont have and no room to grow in my garden ,plenty room in community garden.
