I'll jump in first - isn't it a Sorbus sorbaria 'Sem'?? Does it have wonderful pinky-bronze new leaves and small clusters of white flowers??

I have THREE! My friend gave me one to mark my Mum's passing, then I liked it so much I planted two more in the island bed when I made that. ;D They stay dwarf. In early March last year.
