Yes we put it out for them but the LTT's make all but the most fleeting visits and not at all yet. They're our favourite birds, wish we could have them visit and stay more often.

I've found that the more of these you concentrate in one are the longer the birds stay around.
Like you, i found that they just whizzed in and out in a matter of seconds but these have made a big difference.

There's a lot of Coal Tits around at the moment, the Long Tails, Greats and Blues too but i think higher numbers of Coals

We have Great, Blue and a few Coal tits, the Long tailed Tits have started to come again, we counted 10 this morning.

None of the long tailed variety seen here of late. Blue and great although there may be others I haven't noticed.

This is the first year that I've had lots of Long Tailed Tits, last year we had a couple for the first time. We get lots of Blue, Greats, and a few Coal Tits. We also have several Nuthatches visiting every day.
