I might just watch that. My biggest bugbear when taking the dog for a walk is not dog poo on the ground but the little plastic bags of it where it has been bagged and left. Hello, the slogan is 'Bag it and BIN IT'

Hello, the slogan is 'Bag it and BIN IT' I think I can predict what thew public will say about it, especially those little plastic parcels. My own view is that every dog should be DNA 's and as there's so much unemployment Councils should offer someone the job of taking a sample and having it identified. Not a nice job but I occasionally send a 'sample' to be tested so it can ans is already being done. Who would dare leave poo id there was the possibility of a heavy fine. Someone's bound to poo poo the idea though.
