This is really getting me cross .......  On numerous occasions i click onto a thread and it takes me to last but one page. I post a reply ..... only to find that it wasn't the last post i was answering to, it was a page back. Subsequently, my post is completely out of context Whilst i'm on a roll ....... The dropdown smiley list is too slow, it takes about a minute for the b****y images to show think i got out of bed on the wrong side |

Have you tried clicking on the black 'today' word instead of the topic page? That takes you to the last post.

Louise, click on new topics at the top of home page and you get all the most recent posts  |

That used to annoy me too until I realised what it did, now I find it very useful and don't know of any other forum where it happens
Clicking on the post title takes you to the post after the last one you have read, so you can't miss any...from there I just look through the posts and if it says 2 of 3 at the bottom then I click 3 and read through those as well until I get to the end....alternatively clicking on the TODAY text far right will take you to the last post
The smileys...simple just stick to the default set

I find the "new" smilies slow as well Louise.....sometimes they show up on the task bar at the bottom of the screen.... |

I think I am alright at most of those things, except that when I first come into the site at Home, I am a guest, until I click New Topics, then I have a name. I wonder if this is counted as a guest.

I still have trouble seeing a lot of pictures posted through tinypic, photobucket ones seem ok, so I don't think it's my computer. The extra smileys end up in the bottom bar as well
