If you look out of a back window the sky is pure blue, at the front it is grey but at a balmy 14 degrees I'm not complaining

We had a day which was left over from spring. It was sunny all day and the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. The heating did not come on in the house after early morning. In fact it is still off but I have lit the wood burner. We reached 12 deg at 1400 hrs.

It was a dull start but 11C first thing but then it broke out into a beautiful sunny day, really mild & warm. I found a huge wasp buzzing around in the hall & a slightly dopey fly sneaked into the kitchen! Supposed to rain again later tonight though.
