rooster potatoes, they chip. they roast, they bake, the make mash, my not rooster potatoes are happly baking, what do potatoes that are roosters do, its a potatoe and double the price

they are advertised on tv with a red haired actress. they are expensive in comparison. my eldest girl hates the ad as she is a natural red head.

Are roosters a type or a brand ? I've not heard of this kind of thing. They are a red potato Louise, I think Rooster is just the brand name. They sell them in Sainsburys but I've never bought them, as Seaburn says they are more expensive than other red potatoes.

They are just another red skinned variety, like Desiree say. I think they will get cheaper in time.
