Looking forward to it, probably won't have anything interesting to report on during it this year though, I think because it's been so mild this year that fewer birds have been coming to the feeders other than the residents.

I do it every year You can also download a page to fill in from the RSPB website. If you enter your findings on-line you will get an e-mail to remind you about it from the RSPB each year.

My big garden bird watch came to an abrupt end when a big bird flew in - a sparrowhawk!. It didn't get a meal this time but it kept all the birds away for ages.

I just had the usual suspects, sparrows, robin, blackbird & starlings. Even the bluetits didn't put in an appearance.

It sounds like they all came to Norfolk. The feeding station was very busy yesterday.
