Every evening from about 4pm until dusk we get a murmuration of starlings above our house. I watch them from our kitchen window and the patterns they form are amazing. The flock is getting bigger every week.

Do a lot of them come down in your garden Cowslip?....we used to get quite a lot but last year it was noticeable numbers were down. They are such noisy little blighters ;D

I used to see them over the Somerset levels, an amazing sight, lucky you to see them over your house.

We used to see thousands in the town centre at dusk, years ago. They made a lot of noise fighting over roosting spots. ;D
