OK we are back to serious then.
I have never tried to get mine into flower by June, only because i need my blooms in Sept.

You can try this, plant them into decent size pots and place them somewhere with a temperature of over 50f then at the end of March take out the growing tip. You may then have them flowering in June, but there is no guarantee. Except for the small bedding dahlias they are normally a autumn flowering plant.
