I have the shopping from the butcher Esther, but not the pistachios. I will get them tomorrow. I am so looking forward to this. I wonder if it freezes.

I looked up a similar recipe and it freezes for up to two months.

That is a really good recipe. I have made it and tried not to eat too much of it, but there is not much left. That was a practice run, so I will make it for our next hangar bbq.

This is a winner Esther. ;D I am making it for some easy after Christmas entertaining. My friend makes it often now. She reads the recipe thread on here. It also freezes well.
