I've found a tomato variety called Ddraig Goch (Red Dragon) so I've sent for some seeds ... well I had to didn't I ! ... I was going to send for some plants but they were too expensive so although I said I wasn't going to grow tomatoes from seeds again, I decided on buying the seeds instead.

I went to a market in a nearby town and bought some pots of Snowdrops in the green, to plant some in the garden and some around the headstone on Beryl's grave.

I always thought Charlotte was for 'Salad potatoes' ladybird so you reckon they are a good 1st early then? I have never grown them before but obviously I will this year.

That is exactly the plant I wanted for Mother’s Day grindle, but thought it may be too expensive, so asked son to buy blousy Hydrangea Annabelle instead. Your azalea is fragrant too. I’m not greedy, son doesn’t pay, except in beer or wine, because his mate owns a nursery which supplies The Queen at Sandringham. This can be handy.

Our Homebase says "Out of stock" for all seed potatoes so I guess they haven't ordered any in
