What a bargain Tel and what a beautiful Clematis. This is my favourite and the one I found easy from cuttings. Mine grows through the Laburnum.

On our way to B&Q called in a small Nursery/Garden Centre, this had just been sold to the present owner. He was busy potting up plants. I noticed he had quite a few garden dahlia plants, not the bedding kind, got chatting to him about dahlias, found out he loves dahlias and he is now showing some, he said he had a lot to learn. It just so happened i gave this forum a plug, then l left him a note telling him to google the forum, after informing him they are some other dahlia enthusiasts on here. He promised to look in tonight, also told him if he see's any posts by Tel thats me so he would know someone on here. Anyway back to the plant i bought, I purchased a Clematis Alpina for £4.95 from him. WOW, What a bargain Tel, it's lovely and healthy too, you jammy thing getting a bargain like that ;D ;D

I've just bought some new marginal bog and perennial plants from a place called Lilies Water Gardens, most of them were less than £2 and he has a great selection, they were ordered Sunday night and arrived yesterday morning, all good size plants and well packaged. The postage was just over £6, but that still worked out cheaper than a GC, all in all I'm very pleased with them

Ginger Syllabub is a beauty and so are the others, no wonder you're confused. How long is the fence ;D ;D The whole fence is about 17m, but i already have a honeysuckle and a clematis being trained through it at one end. i will take a pic and post it later on

Ginger Syllabub is gorgeous. I have never heard of this one. I have a friend who grows Teasing Georgia and thinks this is the loveliest of all her roses. I fancy Ginger Syllabub.
