fascinating, how long will you have to wait for the bananas to ripen enough? A bunch usually takes 2 to 3 months to go ripe ;D yes I know a very long wait. But most bananas grow suckers all the time before flowering so each banana clump can have 4 to 6 trees with fruits in various stages of growth. ;D We got enough clumps to remain in banana heaven for the whole year.

Sharing the view from the highest part of our property. The hillsides with lots of big trees is still ours the bare hills owned by neighbors, mostly cattle and cornfield operations I don't like seeing bare mountains and hills makes me want to go guerrilla gardening, plant young trees when nobody is looking

Thanks Cherry. I've spent most of the morning dumping compost into new raised beds for the organic veggie garden. Our new lab puppy Mikey on lettuce patrol he chases away all the birds that would otherwise be pecking lettuce leaves here and there.

Thanks Grindle, my new lab puppy is weird, doesn't chew or dig much but follows me around the farm all day so he can wag his tail at all the animals we pass by. Most of them ignore him so he ends up yapping until he gets attention. ;D kooky dog
My new pets err... they probably won't be nice and cuddly a few months from now ;D . Tusked boars -- only 3 months at present.
