I would have thought so Marlene, my neighbour had hers cut back hard last year and it's recovered well this year. good luck

It does depend on which sort it is, Marlene. Only cut back to where you can see new growth. Some Hebes don't like being hard pruned, I'm afraid - I speak from experience!
