I found very nice flower in the garden of neighbours of my friend (sound a bit funny)
but I liked the flower and I want to have the same in my garden
so if someone know what is the flower in the pic, please, let me know

Hallo strilets, and welcome to the forums. Your plant is a Hemerocallis (Day Lily). There are a lot of named varieties, so I can't tell you the exact name to ask for, but you could google for a good site or Nursery with photos and see which one matches your friend's plant.

They also divide really easily so chat to your neighbour and you never know the may offer you a bit. I have lots of plants that way. I also give bits to people when they flatter me and my plants. I am such a push over.
