grindle, good news re: your son! 👍🏻 geumgrower, good news from you, too! It's never pleasant having a tooth out - I know I have had several removed over the years. But at least it won't trouble you any more & in a few weeks you will have forgotten it ever caused you so much pain! 👍🏻

 start of a very busy weekend the rest of the family arrive tonight, my grandson will be 7 tomorrow, Saturday OH will be 80, we will have an at home party tomorrow and Saturday will be going out to celebrate. It's going to be interesting squeezing 8 people into our tiny house  |

There is always room for more grindle. My stepson and his family and large dog arrive tomorrow for lunch. The 8 year old is ADHD, and allergic to everything, as well as being very difficult with challenging behaviour. It will not be peaceful. My ex-husband now has dementia and forgets he is no longer married to me, so keeps visiting. (He will no doubt lose his licence.). The worktops will be clear and doors shut. The dog is the best behaved of all of them and I wonder how they managed to have a dog with such a wonderful nature. The dog deserves better. Wish me luck. |

I hope everyone's celebrations go well.
Last time I had a tooth out I didn't feel anything geumgrower. I was waiting for the dentist to extract it but she said "It's all done" . I hope you don't feel anything, but maybe just a twinge won't hurt you.

I have no problems with Dentist visits. In, injection, out, in, tooth out, home again. Numbing wore off half way back.
Actually very rare for me to bother with an injection. I only had it as the tooth was so firmly fixed.
Big hole in the gum, but it is covered by my plate so not a problem there either and I did not need to have my plate altered which would have been more expense. Not mad keen on the Salt water mouth wash thing though.

Our eldest granddaughter will be 17 tomorrow! But we won't be celebrating until Monday when she will come over with her family for tea. She will be having her boyfriend round for dinner at home tomorrow so this week she won't be coming on Saturday as she & her 2 brothers usually do.

He certainly did SueA Had a lovely day, fantastic meal at the Castle Inn in Dartmoor, this pub won the SW top pub award in December, if you're ever down this way well worth a visit, great food and lovely friendly staff. It was so nice having all the family together a rare occasion these days |

I had a really busy Easter, but the stepson’s visit went quite well because the poor little 8 yr old had a chest infection and was full of Calpol. I went to two church events, which were amazing, and 2 dinners out, and am now having a peaceful Easter Monday listening to the Easter Countdown as I do every Easter, and catching up on housework and light gardening.
