Fingers crossed you get lucky on those shoots. Yours looks like a proper Mary's Jomanda, just different colour. Mine was more like the runt of a litter.

In my opinion the best exhibit I put up at harrogate this year,3 vases of 3 dahlias from the top joan walker,marys jomanda,hillcrest divine,the marys jomanda scored 28 and the total score for the 3 vases was 78 points it was considered for best exhibit in division c.
first prize in the 6 blooms 3 blooms to a vase small/mini dec,from the top ryecroft brenda t,gateshead festival,leopold chloe and the ryecroft jan,marston lilac and dikara superb.
You have done a lot of work for these well deserved prizes. Thank you for posting the photographs of the beautiful entries for us to admire.
