I could say the garden need it, but it is not getting through to the roots, or even under the table. It is a miserable day.

The forecasters on the app didn't get the weather for today right! Neither the rain or the clouds have made much of an impact on today's weather here. The rain hasn't appeared at all today. The clouds, though abundant, haven't cancelled out the sun at all! The only thing they seem to have got about right was the wind - it has been blowing a fair bit most of the day & it was rather on the cool side! Yet I was still able to spend an hour on the balcony today in shirtsleeves!

At one point I thought I saw a lightening flash while I was putting pots of plants on the windowsill of our kitchen window. But it must have been a flash of light off a car that was passing at that moment as there was no thunder & no repeat of the flash. In fact during the last hour the clouds have begun to melt away & we are seeing more sunshine. In fact we are forecast clear skies until around 11pm when some clouds will return. Temps today have only got up to around 18C with more or less the same for tomorrow. Seems autumn is in a rush to establish itself this year!

Tomorrow we are forecast possible rain showers from 1pm till 4pm.

Yesterday was a very blustery day and it seems it will be a similar thing today. We had a couple of hours of rain yesterday evening. It arrived a couple of hours later than forecast but it wasn't heavy.

Temps are the lowest we had in several months this morning with only 8C. It will also be a cool day at only 14C max. We are forecast sun and clouds during the morning with increasing cloud cover as the day goes on. There is a possibility of rain showers during the afternoon.

Morning folks 👋

It's a cool but sunny beginning to the day here with only 7C and 🌞

We are forecast some possible showers from early afternoon, just like yesterday when we had a shower around 12.30pm, which lasted 10 minutes, and another one almost exactly an hour afterwards.

The forecast for today continued to be cool for this time of the year. Though we aren't expecting frost here there was a warning of a possible air frost in rural areas for last night.
