Nothing out of the ordinary here, yet. Windier now and raining harder. We did manage a soggy walk though.

That suits me. It's been cold the last week but we didn't have any snow, not even on the highest hills. That suits me too

Currently around 9C and rising, so it's cleared away the last of the snow off the ground.

Same here too grindle they started here in the early hours of yesterday morning and are due to clear from us about 7pm tonight. The peak wind speeds have past and they're now at 50mph. Very mild though so no complaints from me. High of 17C today. Lovely.

We have had a very windy day here today as well. I took my pots off the balcony railings to avoid them getting broken.

Bert brought as some lovely warm temps, for the time of year, so who can complain! We have had very little rain, that is until about 8pm when we had some heavy rain for about 30 mins or so. Though it seems to have stopped raining we are still getting some strong gusts of wind.

The Met Office app forecasts rain for a couple of hours more but I have just looked out the balcony door & it's not raining at all in spite of the 90% possibility of rain now at 10pm! The same happened during the day, the app forecasts 8o-90% possibility of rain & its dry outside! Of course it may be raining somewhere else close by even if it's not raining here. I remember one year we went to our daughter's house in a village just 5 miles away & we had a very heavy thunderstorm while we were there & their patio flooded! A couple of hours later we returned home & everything was as dry as a desert! No a drop of rain anywhere!

Tomorrow is forecast to be more sunny, as is Tuesday, but Wednesday we will be back to high winds, though not like this weekend's! It will also be a little chiller the next few days but from Wednesday day it's forecast for the temps to fall once again - back to seasonal average!

the wind finally died down in the middle of the morning, but the rain was consistent all day, as most others it's fairly mild, fortunately we are on a hill so no flooding. I haven't been up the garden to see if there's any damage yet

Morning all 🙋

It's cloudy at the moment here but the sun is forecast to come out for much of the day from 8am. Though it will be a little less warm than yesterday. We have 10C at 6am but we expect 12C to be our max. No rain forecast for the day today or tomorrow. The winds have dropped considerably but will still be strong.
