Notice that the embryos are elongated now so looks like some tadpoles appearing soon. Hope they like duckweed as still a fair bit of that in the pond. All help greatly appreciated to get rid.

Pond frozen over and spawn frozen into the ice so will have to wait and see what happens.

Our frogspawn has appeared about 8 days later than usual!

saw the first free swimming tadpole this morning. Hopefully there will be plenty more to follow.
