I just had a look and it's quite clearly still up and running  What are they doing ? Did they want to get rid of us and hope that new members would grab it and make it their own new fresh one ? ? ? |

The moderators don't know. We rushed to get the recipes, etc. over here because it was supposed to last one week. I am not expecting it to be kept on but I don't really trust GN now.

It was a shock at first but I now think they did us a favour, we have a good crowd here all posting regular, I can make sections to suit...if one is rarely used and you think of a replacement then it can be replaced, and although the colours can be changed don't you find these forums look clean and bright compared with the old shades of green ones?
But best of all I can talk about my trips along the local Erewash valley CANAL ;D

I agree Steve....and isn't it strange how many new members we have on the boards all of a sudden......New brush sweeps clean comes to mind. Ah....I was just thinking the other day....did we have a "profanity" button  |

I think maybe that would be a good idea, Steve. Having experienced the 'old' system, you'll know which words to 'ban'.

I don't think we need to do this on here, it's not like we're going to need to use it because we don't get the type of person who needs to be moderated like that. It gets a bit overzealous, which we found constantly on the old site |
