gave the garden, pots and containers a good watering, last minute weeds that were visible and cleared last minute things away, all set for today now, looks like the weather is going to be kind to us too

I only did some watering and deadheading of the petunias on the balcony railings - oh, I also took a few more photos, macros mainly of some of the open flowers.

spent most of yesterday repotting small plants grown from seed into bigger pots. You can almost hear the sighs of delight from the congested roots. lots of weeds to get to grips with, but as yet not really got mojo to do it.

I've cut the lawn this morning, and picked my first pea's from the garden for dinner today. I've got some beetroot nearly ready as well, although looks like being a disappointing year for tomatoes as very little flower on my plants this year.

Soil is too hard and dry to do much out there and it is booming cold!

Hope you had a good day with all your visitors! Now you can take it a bit easier for a few days! R&R is in order me thinks. 😀

sorted out trays of plants and watered most of them. Despite the dry weather in the last couple of weeks there are still lots of fat/healthy slugs & snails.

It was time to feed the plants yesterday so I spent the usual hour or so going backwards and forwards making up the bottles of fertiliser and watering the majority of the plants both inside and outside on the balcony!
Everything is growing very well and l've lots of flowers. The Petunias are really flowering well and all the plants are smothered in dark blue flowers! 👏 The dwarf tomatoes are getting on very well since I transplanted them to bigger pots! The 4 day heatwave last week no doubt helped them along as well as the other plants on the balcony! Even the Peace Lily I divided into 4 is growing well! 👏

Made a start on removing the huge non-flowering Philadelphia from behind the bench. Going to be a heck of a job.

I've done nowt but hubby has filled the bin with stinging nettles, brambles and small self sown sycamores. He has trampled lots of good plants in the process though
