Hello My rambling.rosie e mail has been hacked. If any of you get an e mail allegedly from em saying 'hey look at this'. Its NOT from me. I have done what i can to stop anything else happening. I am sorry if anyone has got an e mail already. Damned lowlives  |

I have had one which you definitely did not send Rosie, although it says you did. It took me to a place which was hard to get out of and told me how to make pots of money on line. I have got rid of it as I knew you would not send it.

I got one as well supposedly from you Rosie but it looked suspicious so I just deleted it without opening the link. It had a list of the names it had gone to which included others off the forum, I remember seeing Steve, Grindle & Esther's names. Thanks for the warning I'll bear it in mind if any others come through.

Rosie, do you remember some time back that happened to me?
I had to change my email addy and of course I since lost all the emails of folks on here which was a bit of a bind as you know we used to have a bit of banter which was nice.
beats me what these bawheids get out of it.

Mostly it is not that someone has targeted you yourself Rosie, there are little programs hidden on various sites or when you click on a picture and this is then activated, it takes over your email address book and emails itself out to all in it to enable it to spread then the chain continues
Look for Malwarebytes anti Malware software, a very good free program, download it, update it to the latest version and then run it to scan, after about an hour it will have picked up anything hidden on your computer and then it deletes them

I am sorry you all got the e mail  , it was Ron who alerted me to it, We have Mcafee, it was on here when we bought the new pc, but we are taking it off and going back to Norton. The only thing different yesterday was when we were looking for nematodes. Every other site was a regular. |
