No oldies in that group! I certainly couldn't cope with that sort of exercise - it made me feel tired just watching them! I'll stick to gardening and dog walking at my age, thanks.

You have to be fairly fit for it, as it's fairly fast, also a good laugh ;D

I walked down and back to the zumba dance class.
I so enjoyed and will go back cordination take a wee while but once get into its fantastic.
