OK. Go your profile and press 'modify'. You'll need to enter your password.

Get 'tinypic' up and browe for your pic. Click on avatar, type in the code, then point your cursor at the bottom code in the list.

Go back to your profile, type in the size which is 100 x 100, then paste the code into the avatar box. Go to the bottom and click 'modify profile.
