I was really pleased last night as one of our hedgehogs has reappeared. I spotted him/her eating the spilt birdfood & went down & put some suet treats & crunchy hedgehog food down, it hid when I bent down to put the food out but then popped back out when I backed off & I took a couple of photos of it by torchlight!  |

They are supposed to be declining aren't they sweetpea but ours seem to be coming back over the last couple of years after a big drop in numbers around here. He was back again for more food last night around the same time, I think maybe he's sleeping in our hedgehog house during the day at the moment.  |

Bit worrying peony that not many have been spotted yet, perhaps they're all a bit slow to get going due to the late spring. |

Bit worrying peony that not many have been spotted yet, perhaps they're all a bit slow to get going due to the late spring. Spotted some hedgehog poo in the garden yesterday Sue, so I'll keep my eyes and ears open when I walk round the garden in the evening |

Thanks, I haven't seen it recently but something is still eating the hedgehog food I put out every night- could just be a hungry moggy though!  |
