Do you get any trouble with herons? We have had one visiting but we cover the pond every evening now and it is only uncovered when there is someone about. there was a frog in the pond yesterday.

Lovely photo sweetpea , Maureen looks as though she's hiding her face & saying 'stop taking my photo or else!' You must get through a lot of fish food with all that lot!

Lovely photo sweetpea , Maureen looks as though she's hiding her face & saying 'stop taking my photo or else!' You must get through a lot of fish food with all that lot! She was just intent on what she was doing. these are only a few of the fish. there are loads more including black ones and new young ones plus a great monster that is seldom seen but mainly inhabits the bottom of the pond. Not 100% sure what it is but it does have barbels and is mainly black with some dark green in colour. Light underside. There are also white and gold and some pure white as well as the red ones. Costs a small fortune in food but we get it on the internet and is much cheaper than buying locally.
