If it is the Spiraea 'Arguta' type known as Bridal Wreath which flowered in early spring, you can and should prune that quite severely. The coloured and old 'Anthony Waterer' types have not flowered yet, so wait to enjoy the flowers and then you can prune and shape the smaller bushes.
The Camellia can be pruned now, but only very lightly.
Getting your rose cutting to bloom so early is good.

How did you get on with your pruning Joysie? I would not leave the Camellia too long or you will be cutting into the buds for next year.
