I have done 4 long walks today as still un able to get in to borders as ground still deep frost .
But its been agreat day cold but sunny most of th e day got 2 long walks before the heavy rain .
Then a lunchtime walk and mid afternoon and sun still out wind got up now but still nice.
I really would like to learn nordic walking but does nto appear to be anyone to teach in our area.
