Lukewarm water and dab with soft sponge. Do not rub. When you harvest the spuds let them sit for an hour or two to let the skins set otherwise there is a danger of flaking. Do a test run on any non showable ones first. I then wrap in kitchen roll and place in a box out of the light until placing on the showbench. These paper plates are useful for staging them on.
