I like the simple recipe in the Tesco free mag for smoked salmon, crab and watercress terrine. It also has cream cheese in it. I wonder if this would freeze so I could make it in advance. The terrine is layered in a loaf tin lined with the smoked salmon. What do you think? Would it freeze? The more I think about it, the more I think it would freeze.

There is conflicting advice on the web... but i think it it's full fat, not light, then it could be ok. Some were saying it can go grainy if frozen. Best thing i think is to make a wee one and try freezing it.

Thanks for that advice Rosie. I can see the reason. Also, you can use fresh or tinned crabmeat. For the same reason I would buy fresh because that would not be wet.
