and a few close ups Clearview Louise.....As I thought, more refined 2nd flush Zoe Sport...Still Hitting the rings Ryecroft Zoe...as above, every bloom still as good as they were in August Ryecroft Jan....probably my dahlia of the year. It is just throwing up bloom after bloom, no restricting at all, loads still to flower and finally, a view from the rear of the Bonaventure. Like a woman, the view from behind is just as important

Excellent scrumpy. I like Mary's Jomanda and yours look perfect. They aren't bad seeing as they started flowering early August and are still going strong....plants about 6 foot tall now, so I can't see the centres until they are cut And it's one of those varieties you can more or less leave alone and let it decide what it want's to do. Definitely one for every garden regardless of whether you show it or not.

I entered 7 out of the 9 classes this morning at Harden Beck, sorry to say its going to be a walk in the park at this show. the last time I turned up for this show there were 4 entries in the Championship when I left after staging there was only my entry in that class. I took a vase out of the Championship and swopped it for an inferior one because I had two entries in one class, so by swopping a vase give me another entry in another class. So I would think the Championship exhibit winner, would receive the silver medal its just a case of where the bronze will go, going to stick my neck out and say my vase of Blyton Royal Velvet Miniature Dec should win it, knowing me, I will be wrong again.
