I've stopped trying to use that at all Rosie , I just type the @ & the name of the person myself, it (the tag)rarely works for me & always prints the name at the very beginning of my post instead of where I'm actually putting it. Much easier to hover over the persons name in a post & then type it out (luckily I can remember some of them now, especially the ones which are the same as the name shown like cherry & geranium.
