Just noticed a broken window in my greenhouse . I have a wooden green house 8x6 the roof has 3 panels and one of the panes in the roof has a break in the corner, not sure how easy it is to get glass to replace or if its possible to do a repair, I used to have some weather proof tape many yrs ago but not sure its still made.

It's very easy to get a piece of glass cut to size - you just measure it, go to a glass merchant and they cut it for you. As to the putting it in, my husband did it, but he's good at things like that. Mine fastens in with clips, so he took the clips off, and then put the new pane in with clips. I don't know how your panes are fastened. If it's putty, then that will have to be removed. A repair would be a possibility, but not at all easy, and it would probably leak - better to replace it I'd have thought.
