My daughter in Queensland asked me to put this article on the forum. Her partner could do it as he is a member of the forum, but he was busy doing the barbeque. It was 30 deg, so still quite hot.

I like gooseberry cheesecake. I made this for my Queensland visitors who don't get gooseberries. They grow in Victoria of course.
