I would love to put my rose on here, but it transfers to the same format as the others and won't stay upright. I need a few simple lessons on managing photographs.

Lovely pictures Cherry The lily is a lovely colour and like Hywel I love the colour of the verbascum. Do you know its name? I am fairly sure it is 'Clementine'. It is a lovely soft orange and branches well.

I'm going on a coach trip later this month to Norwell Nursery and Barnsdale so I might find it then

I have been to Barnsdale and loved it. I remembered all of it from the television. One of the sons ran the nursery across the lane from the garden and it was quite good, especially for herbaceous plants.

One of the sons ran the nursery across the lane from the garden and it was quite good, especially for herbaceous plants. I have been once before Cherry, about 6 years ago, and it was lovely then. One of Geoff Hamilton's sons came to speak to our garden club a few years ago and he was very good

Beautiful pictures Cherry, even a drop of dew on your rose, and I love your flower arrangement, the colour combinations are perfect

Love your 'Handel' Cherry & the gorgeous vase of flowers, do your clematis last long in water, I cut some a couple of years ago & they'd wilted after about 2 days - do you have to condition them in some way?
