Just had a phone call from grandson (13) Got some bad news grandad. What? I've nominated you for ice bucket challenge  Looks like I will have to do it before too long or lose what little cred I have. I reckon they were put up to it by their mum thinking the shock will bump me off and she will inherit my debts earlier.   Now the question is, when I do this shall I get it videoed and show on here or just say I've done it? |

Oh heck Sweetpea....you really are in for a treat Gosling 3 (and his mates) "did it" in my front path on Friday (I'm still mopping up from the flood!) If I knew how to post a video on here, then I would (it was hysterical...and I was the camera woman....and got soaked too ) You really do have to show it on here....I can't wait |

Oh heck! is there a backup clause? I wasn't aware of the 24 hour bit Di and as for you dai  I think I will survive having had to roll about in the snow starkers when up north of the Arctic circle prior to sauna. This in Norway when I was a bit younger. I don't think there wil be snow anytime soon so I may be lucky in that respect. Wonder if I should nominate daitheplant heh heh heh evil laugh. Not sure either about the donation to charity. can anyone explain for me? |

So in total the MND Association has received over £4.5m so far....and we are still counting your generous donations.
In one short week the Ice Bucket Challenge has also massively increased awareness of this devastating disease. And think of the difference this massive boost in funds will do for our world-class research and support for people living with this disease and their families.

Thanks steve. Couldn't get the poster to print for some reason and anyway due to circumstances beyond my control I have to postpone my IBC. Was all set to go this morning and then had to put it off as I say.
