Visited Pets At Home this afternoon. They have Christmas stockings for dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters and all sorts, but NO Christmas stockings for turkeys. Why not? They have feelings also. Some things that could be in a stocking for Turkeys and other poultry. Tinfoil, to make lots of decorations, Paxo, so that, like we humans, they can stuff themselves silly. Finally, a bottle of Famous Grouse to top the holiday off.

When I started working at the garden centre, one of the owners said he was a vegetarian. He didn`t like the fact that I pointed out he ate fish, so he WASN`T a vegetarian.
