You just make the dough for this in your bread machine and finish by hand.
200ml/7 fl oz water 1 x 15ml/1tbs olive oil 2 x 15ml/2 tbs fresh rosemary 350g/12oz strong brown bread flour 1 x 5ml/1 tsp salt 1/2 x 5ml/ 1/2 tsp easy blend yeast
TOPPING
3 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed 1 or 2 15ml/ tbsp olive oil 1 x 15ml/1 tsp finely chopped rosemary.
Place all ingredients in order into bread pan and select 'dough wholewheat'
At the end of the cycle, remove dough from pan and put on a floured surface.
Knock back the dough and roll out to a 10" round, place on a greased baking tray.(or use a silicone liner)
Spread the crushed garlic and chopped rosemary over the dough then drizzle olive oil on top. Cover with oiled cling film and leave to prove/rise in a warm place for about 35/40 mins.
Remove cling film and bake in a pre heated oven at 190c/375f/gas mark5 for 15/20 mins till golden brown.
Then eat!!
If you didn't want to use rosemary i'm sure it would be just as nice with thyme or any herb you like.
