Hi all  ,
I am trying the Loofa seeds this year to grow something different ( I am mainly a Onion from seed & garlic fanatic the past years). Has anybody grown Loofa`s and got nice bath / shower sponges as the end result, If so when did you propagate/temperature /plant out/ any type of special feeds ?. I live in Lincolnshire . any help would be very much appreciated.

Welcome royalbd. We have grown some unusual things on this forum, but this could be very different. Please let us know how you get on. Lincolnshire is not a million miles away from me. |

Welcome to the forums Royalbd, I've seen them on the racks but never grown any myself, they are a type of gourd though (pumpkin family) so should be similar to grow |

Many thanks for the welcome . Just thought it would be quite different to grow a bath sponge  , and can only find information on you tube & all from the USA .
