There's been a spate of good sunsets over the last week. The one I saw going up to Rothbury dropping the return car off for our walk last Saturday evening was unbelievable! I've never seen a sky of such deep purple-maroon before. The fact that it was behind the Cheviot hills made it look like an alien planet. No camera as battery in mobile had died by then
